WELKOR / Services

Website design & development

A clear, distinctive website that explains your offer and gives visitors a practical next step.

  • Direct with the developer
  • Scope and price agreed in writing
  • Start by email — no call required

WHEN THIS IS USEFUL

A good fit for this kind of task.

  • You need a company website or a focused campaign landing page.
  • Your current site makes your services difficult to understand.
  • You want a structure you can expand with services and articles.
01

Start with the customer’s decision

We define the audience, offer, reasons to trust it and the next action. Content is organized around what a prospective customer needs to decide, rather than around a list of decorative sections.

02

Build for campaigns and future content

The main website can present the business broadly, while individual service pages support specific advertising messages. Articles and language versions need their own routes, metadata and a manageable publishing process.

03

Agree what launch includes

We confirm the pages, content, languages, integrations and editing needs. Before handover I check the agreed devices, links, forms and delivery. Search traffic and advertising results require separate measurement.

SELECTED WORK

Real projects. Practical business workflows.

Two examples of custom development for wholesale businesses. Explore the task, the system and the decisions behind it.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical questions.

What determines the cost of a website?

The number and type of pages, content, languages, forms, integrations and editing needs. A company website and a system with user accounts have different scopes. After a short brief, I suggest a defined first phase and quote.

How is the delivery schedule agreed?

We define the first release and check dependencies, access and content before agreeing a schedule. I do not promise the same deadline for every website or business system.

Do we need to start with a call?

No. We can use email, a written brief, prototypes and screen recordings with subtitles. You can review them when it suits you.

Who owns the finished product?

The agreed code, access and instructions are handed over to you. Any third-party services, licences or ongoing costs are identified in the scope.

How does payment work?

The payment method, currency and schedule are confirmed in the written proposal before work starts. No payment is collected on this website.

Can you help after launch?

Yes, support and further development can be agreed as a separate scope. We can expand the working product in phases rather than decide every future feature before launch.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL

What would you like to build or improve?

Tell me about the business, the task and what you would like to change. I’ll reply by email with questions or a practical next step.
