WHEN THIS IS USEFUL

A good fit for this kind of task.

  • Orders arrive in repeatable email or spreadsheet formats.
  • Staff copy products, quantities or customer details into another system.
  • The first workflow can be described and checked.
01

Start with one repeatable route

An agreed order format and one destination make a useful starting point. We define who approves the result and what should happen when data is incomplete.

02

Check the connection before promising it

I review sample files, identifiers, permissions and available interfaces. The SD-MED case shows a connection with 1C; each other system needs its own technical check.

03

Define a result you can accept

Test scenarios cover a valid order, an unknown product, a duplicate and a rejected record. Any additional systems or document formats become a separate scope.

SELECTED WORK

Real projects. Practical business workflows.

Two examples of custom development for wholesale businesses. Explore the task, the system and the decisions behind it.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical questions.

How much will the project cost?

The price depends on the scope, content, data and systems involved. After reviewing the task, I propose a defined first phase with a written price. Additional work is agreed separately.

How is the delivery schedule agreed?

We define the first release and check dependencies, access and content before agreeing a schedule. I do not promise the same deadline for every website or business system.

Do we need to start with a call?

No. We can use email, a written brief, prototypes and screen recordings with subtitles. You can review them when it suits you.

Who owns the finished product?

The agreed code, access and instructions are handed over to you. Any third-party services, licences or ongoing costs are identified in the scope.

How does payment work?

The payment method, currency and schedule are confirmed in the written proposal before work starts. No payment is collected on this website.

Can you help after launch?

Yes, support and further development can be agreed as a separate scope. We can expand the working product in phases rather than decide every future feature before launch.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL

What would you like to build or improve?

Tell me about the business, the task and what you would like to change. I’ll reply by email with questions or a practical next step.
