FROM IDEA TO LAUNCH

A straightforward way to get it built.

You do not need a finished technical specification. Start with the business task; I help turn it into a scope we can evaluate.

  1. 01

    Describe the task

Tell me about the business, users, current tools and the first result you need. A short written brief is enough.

  2. 02

    Agree a first phase

I check the inputs and technical constraints. Scope, price, schedule and acceptance checks are agreed in writing.

  3. 03

    Review working progress

See prototypes and working versions. We use written feedback and, where useful, screen recordings with subtitles.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

We check the agreed scenarios and launch route. You receive the code, access and instructions; support is agreed separately.

WHAT YOU GET

A first phase you can review and accept.

Start with one useful part of the process. The scope becomes a written agreement before development starts.

A useful first release

Focus on one meaningful result. Agree what belongs in the first phase and what can wait.

Decisions in writing

Scope, price, milestones and acceptance checks are recorded before development starts.

Visible progress

Review prototypes and working versions. Feedback is connected to something you can actually see.

Your product, handed over

Receive the agreed code, access and instructions. Support and future phases are scoped separately.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical questions.

What kinds of projects can you take on?

Websites, customer portals, internal CRM workflows, integrations and custom web applications. I review the task and technical constraints before confirming feasibility or a price.

How much will the project cost?

The price depends on the scope, content, data and systems involved. After reviewing the task, I propose a defined first phase with a written price. Additional work is agreed separately.

How is the delivery schedule agreed?

We define the first release and check dependencies, access and content before agreeing a schedule. I do not promise the same deadline for every website or business system.

Do we need to start with a call?

No. We can use email, a written brief, prototypes and screen recordings with subtitles. You can review them when it suits you.

Who owns the finished product?

The agreed code, access and instructions are handed over to you. Any third-party services, licences or ongoing costs are identified in the scope.

How does payment work?

The payment method, currency and schedule are confirmed in the written proposal before work starts. No payment is collected on this website.

Can you help after launch?

Yes, support and further development can be agreed as a separate scope. We can expand the working product in phases rather than decide every future feature before launch.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL

What would you like to build or improve?

Tell me about the business, the task and what you would like to change. I’ll reply by email with questions or a practical next step.
